I am a corporate / commercial associate solicitor with 8 years experience advising clients ranging from startups to listed PLCs.
My particular speciality is advising gaming and betting companies – which range from gambling operators to marketing affiliates – on key aspects of their business: whether that be day-to-day commercial transactions and data protection queries; or once / twice in a lifecycle corporate M&A.
The best thing about my day job is working with commercially-minded people and my entrepreneurial background means that I possess valuable experience developing and maintaining relationships with both colleagues and clients alike.
