Eubank Laud Arthur is a Ghanaian lawyer with over five years experience in legal, compliance, company secretarial services as well as corporate governance across different entities in Africa.
Eubank currently serves as Legal Counsel at KGL Group, a holding company with subsidiaries in fintech, technology, finance, banking, real estate, and the downstream energy sector. Prior to this, he worked as a Legal and Compliance Associate with Genser Energy, a leading energy company in Ghana.
His career also includes roles as a Company Secretary for Sirdar, a prominent corporate governance advisory and management consulting firm headquartered in South Africa, and a Governance Consultant for Structure HQ, a law firm and a corporate governance service provider in Nigeria.
Eubank’s extensive experience includes positions with leading law firms in Ghana such as ENSafrica, JLD & MB Legal Consultancy, and Ashong Benjamin and Associates. He has served as a research assistant with a Justice of the High Court of Ghana; a teaching assistant in Immovable Property Law and the Law of Equity and Succession at Zenith University College; and as a research assistant with a Senior Lecturer at the University of Ghana School of Law.
Eubank holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, an LLB from the University of Ghana and a Qualifying Certificate in Law from the Ghana School of Law. He was part of the Sponsors of Educational Opportunity Africa (SEO Africa) class of 2020 as the program’s first legal trainee, where he had 170 hours of training in soft and technical skills as well as a one-year training program at Genser Energy. Eubank also served as a mentee in the 2023 AbbVie & Baker McKenzie Young Lawyers Mentoring Program.
He aims to leverage his skills and knowledge to support the growth and sustainability of the businesses he serves.
