– Advising project development, execution, and procurement teams on legal and contractual matters.
– Drafting and implementing a suite of precedent contracts tailored for the North American market.
– Supporting Fortescue’s broader North American operations, including research and development,
manufacturing, and mining.
– Providing general corporate legal advice to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
– Recognised for delivering comprehensive legal support across diverse industries and complex
projects.
Also supported the legal needs of Fortescue operations in Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan.
