Emilie Franklin is an experienced lawyer with excellent analytical abilities and drafting skills gained from working in legal practice, Emilie has the ability to work on a diverse range of client matters, whilst maintaining an overview of long-term commercial goals.
A strong knowledge of contracting, Chinese law and customs, and international investment from working with a wide range of Private clients. Emilie has further knowledge of the Commonwealth Procurement Rules of tendering and procurement gained from working with a wide range of Government clients. Emilie has experience providing both legal, practical and probity advice throughout procurement processes, attending negotiations and drafting, reviewing contractual documents and advising on commercial, strategic, Australian Consumer Law and non-compliance issues.
