Dr. Al Kadomi serves as the Chief Legal & Assurance Officer at ALJ Enterprises, where he leads the company’s legal, risk, compliance, and governance functions across its subsidiaries. He is also an active board member, part of the executive and investment committees, and chairs the Board Risk Committee.
In his role, Dr. Al Kadomi oversees corporate governance and Sharia compliance for ALJ Enterprises and fulfills the responsibilities of corporate board secretary.
Before joining ALJ, Dr. Al Kadomi was the Senior Vice President of Legal at Damac Properties, a leading real estate developer in Dubai. He also served as Group Chief Legal Officer at National Holding Group in Abu Dhabi from February 2006 to February 2016.
Earlier in his career, Dr. Al Kadomi worked as a judge at Amman North Court and held senior legal positions at Coca-Cola Bottling Company, Jordan Commercial Bank, and Arab Insurance Company in Jordan.
At National Holding, he managed all legal matters at the holding level, overseeing legal functions across the group, and participated on various boards and committees.
With over 33 years of diverse experience across the GCC and MENA regions, Dr. Al Kadomi has handled a wide range of complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, franchise agreements, property development, private equity, education, hotel management, construction and much more.
Dr. Al Kadomi holds a PhD in e-Banking Laws from Amman Arab University, a Master’s Degree in Civil Procedures Law, and a Bachelor’s Degree in General Law from the University of Jordan.
