I am an experienced lawyer who has for the last 3 years acted as a Legal & Compliance Director at Elior UK. I have leveraged my 20+ years of legal expertise to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. I have helped build and lead two now established legal teams. With over 24 years of post-qualification experience, I have held significant roles in major UK companies focusing on all legal and compliance responsibilities. My career includes serving as the Legal & Compliance Director at Elior UK PLC, where I led a team of 3 lawyers and 2 compliance officers, and acted as Company Secretary. Prior to this, I was the Head of Legal Services at N Brown Group PLC, a major online retailer leading a team of 2 lawyers. My expertise spans risk management, compliance, corporate governance, and providing pragmatic legal advice to senior management. I am known for my hands-on, collaborative approach and strong work ethic.
I also serve as a Board Trustee at GM Moving , where I contribute to the strategic direction and governance of the organisation.
