I have more than fifteen (15) years hands-on corporate governance (helping boards and senior executives lead with impact and effectively), legal practice, corporate exposure and strategy with work experience spanning oil & gas, tax, banking law and practice, energy law and practice, International Development, Development Finance, Bilaterally Financed Procurement, Power purchase agreement negotiations, drafting and regulatory specialist.
