Throughout a 15 years career, I have contributed with the efficient management of corporate affairs and highly complex transactions; the growth of national and international operations; promotion of new businesses; strong defensive performance; as well as conflict resolution in regards to commercial matters, government actions, environmental damages, and assistance to solve all type of contractual disputes.
During this period, I have acquired significant and extensive experience to lead assertively different processes related to the identification of legal risks, advisory for implementing and developing projects of exploration, production, refining, and transportation infrastructure for oil & gas. I also have solid knowledge in electric power generation and transmission, implementation of renewable energies, and the implementation of compliance practices.
Stand out by my excellent knowledge of the sector´s regulatory framework and for my competencies in project development, through all stages of structuring, negotiation, execution and closure,, headed to the opening of new businesses divestment of assets, construction of strategic infrastructure facilities and formation of Joint Ventures in the energy industry.
In addition to my in-house lawyer responsibilities, I am also currently the leader of the Young Negotiators Latin America Chapter for the Association of International Petroleum Negotiators (AIPN) and a frequent speaker and professor for energy topics.
