As Deputy General Counsel and Chartered Company Secretary at Ankura, I lead the legal and governance function across EMEA & APAC for a fast-growing, private equity-backed global advisory firm. My role encompasses all aspects of legal, regulatory, compliance, and company secretarial matters, supporting strategic growth, transformation, and risk management initiatives.

With over 18 years of international experience across the Technology, Satellite Communications, Aviation and Consulting sectors, I bring deep expertise in:

• Mergers & acquisitions, company formation and liquidation
• Corporate governance, board advisory and leadership
• Global compliance frameworks and data privacy (including leading DPO functions)
• Commercial contracts, litigation management and IP
• Employment law and enterprise risk management
