As a key governance professional, I am responsible for ensuring that the company complies with legal, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements. Acting as a bridge between the board of directors and stakeholders, I manage board meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, maintain statutory registers, and ensure timely filing of returns with regulatory bodies. I also advise the board on corporate governance best practices, facilitating effective communication, and supporting the implementation of board decisions.
