A qualified Lawyer and legal professional, with over 16 years’ legal experience, with a multitude of transferable skills, including the analysis, structuring, negotiation and closing of complex commercial and legal transactions. Well versed in contract drafting and associated negotiations, translating and interpreting terminology to support effective transactions, acquisitions and mergers. My strategic, analytical and critical approach supports strategic business direction and the implementation of risk mitigation strategies to protect corporate finance, profitability levels and shareholders’ interest.
I am a highly-respected adviser to the Board of Directors, executive management and family shareholders with involvement in numerous multimillion projects and transactions.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family. I am currently fulfilling a lifelong dream of restoring an old Mercedes-Benz and I keep active through cycling and participate in the Iron Man Triathlon races.
