Anushree Saha is presently the General Counsel and Company Secretary at Qure.ai Technologies which is
founded by IIT Alumni in Mumbai. Qure.ai was the only Indian company to be featured as a Time 100 Most
Influential Company in 2025.

Anushree joined Qure.ai in 2020 as the first legal hire and was instrumental in building up the legal function from scratch. She was promoted to General Counsel of the Company in 2023. She has led 3 rounds of fund raising from Series B to Series D and is responsible for all legal matters in more than 90+ countries where the Company has active deployments including the US and UK subsidiaries. At Qure.ai, she is a part of the leadership team and participates in strategic decision making on overall business matters which includes transactions, corporate governance, Board and investor relations, high value contracts, Intellectual property portfolio strategy, ESG framework implementation, disputes, employment related legal advisory and data privacy.

Before Qure.ai, Anushree was part of M&A and Transaction Advisory team at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM), which is a leading law firm in India. During her tenure there, she has represented both investors and companies in notable high value transactions.

Prior to CAM, Anushree had started her career at a Legal Tech company which serves more than 200+ clients
across various sectors which included financial services, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, etc. in India and she worked closely with them in building out their compliance programs.

Anushree has won several awards and recognitions at various forums as a General Counsel. She also regularly writes in esteemed publications such as the ALB Magazine and regularly features as a panellist in industry leading legal conferences. Details are enlisted below:
