Senior Legal and Compliance executive with over 18 years of experience supporting multinational organisations in highly regulated sectors, including technology, energy, finance, telecommunications and FMCG. Throughout my career, I have been driven by a core belief: the legal function is not merely a guardian of rules but a strategic force that enables transformation, empowers innovation and reinforces organisational integrity.
In my current role as Legal & Compliance Manager for Romania & Bulgaria at HCLTech, I lead regional legal and compliance matters across digital, engineering, cloud and AI‑driven initiatives, including cross‑functional legal and compliance projects covering all EU countries where the organisation operates. Working closely with senior leadership, I help shape strategic decision‑making, anticipate and mitigate cross‑border regulatory risks, guide complex commercial negotiations and ensure alignment with both local and EU regulatory expectations.
