I am a senior legal executive with over 15 years of experience leading legal departments in multinational companies across diverse industries and complex regulatory environments. Currently, I oversee the legal function for Sibelco Group in South America, leading the legal, compliance, and corporate governance areas, and I also coordinate the legal integration of Separation Rapids Ltd., the Group’s joint venture in Canada.
My work is focused on providing strategic support to senior management, with expertise in M&A transactions, corporate restructurings, international deals, risk management, and cross-border due diligence. I bring an analytical and collaborative approach, acting as a business partner to develop practical legal solutions aligned with corporate growth strategies and the highest ethical standards.
In addition to technical expertise, I lead high-performing legal teams, fostering efficient, results-oriented management and talent development. I have experience with legal function transformation projects, ESG initiatives, and governance frameworks that enhance compliance and strengthen corporate reputation.
