I work at the intersection of law, business, and technology – shaping and creating legal solutions and strategies that make sense for the way companies grow and operate today. I’ve spent close to two decades in corporate legal functions, mainly within the tech and software industries, working across jurisdictions and as part of various leadership teams. It’s a space that continues to teach me a lot – including how to work across cultures and priorities with clarity – shaping purpose to envisioned impact.
I’ve supported international teams in moving with confidence, clarity, and perspective when navigating cross-border contracts, M&A, risk, privacy, compliance, operations and governance.
I value what lasts and is resilient and adaptable to change, and I tend to question what’s merely a routine. My approach has always leaned toward substance being the backbone to any form. Sometimes that means rethinking conventional best practices – or building new ones altogether – especially as digital realities reshape how legal frameworks function.
I also believe that good legal work doesn’t need to be confined to a single jurisdiction or location. I’ve long supported remote and hybrid models – not just for flexibility, but because insight and embracing responsibility aren’t and should not be tied to a geography.
Outside of work, I return to the tangible: jazz, vinyl, and paper books. They remind me that not everything needs to be optimised – some things are valuable simply because they’re grounding.
