I have over 20 years of professional experience as a Qualified Lawyer within both Industry and Financial Services. I have held positions such as Partner, Member of the Executive Committee, General Counsel, Head of Legal and Manager. In 2007 I co-founded Primergy Capital, an FSA (now FCA) authorised Investment Manager with 100 mio USD AUM.
Qualified in 2000, Abogado, Solicitor, and registered at the Commission du Barreau in Geneva (Switzerland). I hold Law degrees (USA, Austria and Spain) and an Executive MBA by The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. I am a Notary Public since 2023.
I have been awarded with three scholarships for educational excellence.
Tri-lingual in German, Spanish and English.
Regular speaker at Investments and Regulations and Compliance Summits. Advisory Board at ComRisk. Active Member of Chatham House and DGAP.
