My work has focused on building and executing robust legal frameworks encompassing governance, ESG, compliance, risk management, and data protection. I have led and advised on high-value, complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and strategic partnerships, while navigating the intricacies of regulatory regimes across the real estate, construction, hospitality, leisure, and retail sectors.
Among my most significant accomplishments is leading recoveries of over AED 200 million through a combination of strategic planning, amicable settlements, and litigation. These outcomes reflect my ability to deliver measurable results through legal precision, foresight, and decisive leadership.
I have also driven cost optimisation by significantly reducing reliance on external spend without compromising service quality, achieved in part through technology-led innovation and robust internal capability-building.
