Diverse experience across Indian & multi-national, listed & unlisted companies in regulated and unregulated sectors (internet, CPG, healthcare, retail, tobacco). Collaborated closely with stakeholders in product & engineering, sales, marketing, finance, HR, specialist legal & policy functions across the globe. In private practice, advised Indian & foreign clients on transactions, disputes, antitrust, employment, IP and tax issues in the TMT (including life sciences) sector.
Set up LinkedIn India’s government affairs/public policy function: strategy, team, partnerships and execution. Effectively manage external stakeholder relations, serving as company’s spokesperson and liaison with regulators, industry associations, civil society groups, and media outlets. Operate equally as a big-picture thinker while also getting hands on with problem-solving.
Lead International Legal & Public Policy Diversity & Inclusion team and APAC pro-bono efforts.
I graduated from NUJS, India, and hold post-graduate qualifications from Stanford Law School, Stanford Business School, and Stanford School of Design. Deeply interested in disruption and design thinking.
