Abderezzak is a Legal Manager at Forvis Mazars Casablanca, a global professional services firm, where he advises corporates and public sector entities, supporting their resilience, growth strategies and institutional transformation in Morocco. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Law from the University of Rabat and is currently pursuing an Executive Master in Digital Transformation at Porto Business School in Portugal. He began his career at DLA Piper, a top-tier international law firm, within the Project Finance and Restructuring team, gaining early exposure to cross-border transactions and European banking and financial regulation. He later joined Attijariwafa Bank, a pan-African banking group of systemic importance, acting as a central legal interface with international financial institutions, correspondent banks, and overseas subsidiaries. His practice focuses on finance, corporate transactions, regulatory matters, and innovation-driven transformation.
