How would you describe the state of the GC Community in your region? How has it changed since you first moved in-house?
In Hungary the GC community is quite organised, there is at least one conference per year where we meet each other. We are under the umbrella of CEE GC Summit that organises national and regional conferences dedicated to general counsel.
Why is expanding your network important to you? What kinds of connections or discussions would be most valuable to you?
Expanding my network is highly important to me due to the fact that I can learn and benefit from the experiences and approaches of GCs present in other industries and markets. For me those connections and discussions would be the most valuable that are related to (1) the challenges and acknowledgment of compliance policies; as well as (2) the legal challenges in the offline and online trading sectors.
