I am an in-house legal professional specialising in commercial contracting within the technology and cybersecurity space, with over eight years of post-articles experience.
In my current role as Senior Legal Counsel at a global managed security services provider, I work at the intersection of law, business, and operations, partnering closely with sales and leadership teams to structure commercially sound agreements that enable growth while managing risk. My focus is on complex, multi-jurisdictional transactions, particularly within managed security services (MSSP) environments, including tripartite contracting models and global service delivery frameworks.
I am passionate about repositioning legal as a strategic business partner. For me, the role goes beyond advising on risk. It is about understanding the business, solving problems, improving processes, and building relationships that allow teams to move faster and operate more effectively.
I am particularly interested in how legal functions evolve alongside technology and AI, and how GCs and legal teams can play a more central role in shaping business strategy and operational efficiency.
I hold an LLB and an LLM in Commercial Law.
