I am a Chief Legal Officer with over twenty years of global experience across the travel, financial services, and medical assistance sectors. I currently lead a high performing global function including Legal, Governance, Risk, Data Protection and Information Security professionals based in London, Hong Kong, South Africa and North America.
My expertise includes advising on a broad variety of legal issues, including commercial, transactional, insurance and reinsurance, dispute resolution and litigation, pension funds, corporate, regulatory and compliance, procurement, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, joint ventures, COBC and Ethics, data protection/GDPR and corporate governance across multiple jurisdictions.
