Angela is an associate in the corporate team in Hong Kong. Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, regulatory and compliance matters of listed companies, and general corporate matters.
She obtained her Bachelor of Social Sciences (Government and Laws) and Bachelor of Laws from the University of Hong Kong, and completed her Postgraduate Certificate in Laws (PCLL) in the University of Hong Kong.
Angela joined Stephenson Harwood as a trainee solicitor in 2021 and was admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 2024.
She is fluent in English, Cantonese, Mandarin.
