Nathat Chongcharoenphanich is an associate in Tilleke & Gibbins’ corporate and commercial group in Bangkok, where he focuses on assisting clients with various corporate and commercial needs.
Nathat assists clients with a wide range of matters, including company registration and licensing, contract drafting and negotiation, due diligence, and compliance with various regulatory regimes. He is also involved in providing legal support for cross-border transactions, and has experience working on deals involving multiple jurisdictions. His clear advice and business acumen enable clients to navigate complex legal issues with confidence and make informed decisions that support their commercial objectives.
Nathat graduated with an LLB from Thammasat University’s International Business Law program, during which he participated in international competitions in humanitarian law and commercial arbitration, as well as a comparative legal research project on corporate and commercial law with the National University of Singapore.
