Chanchai Jhongsathit is an associate in Tilleke & Gibbins’ corporate and commercial group in Bangkok. He provides assistance and advice to both international and local clients on a diverse range of corporate matters, including corporate services, company incorporation, capital markets, real estate, due diligence exercises, Thai factory law, and applying for all types of business permits and licenses. He also regularly advises on foreign investment matters, such as applying for foreign business licenses and investment promotion privileges from Thailand’s Board of Investment.
Chanchai graduated with an LLB from Thammasat University’s International Business Law program. He is an active member of the Thammasat Law Association and has been appointed sub-commissioner of several important committees. He is a native Thai, Mandarin, and Hokkien Chinese speaker, and is fluent in English.
